Kitchen bouquet pictures. The bicolor or tricolor as it does have 3 colors needs a name as it will be for sale next year. Black Beauty on the bottom, a lavender WL seedling on the right and the purple WL seedling on upper left.

Love that 'tricolor' especially. Gorgeous.

Margaret is using this one in a design this weekend. Poor light in the garage and it was raining outside.
Ted, your fringy tri-color reminds me of an exotic chicken, LOL. I did join a poultry group on the web.....I quite like your flower!

One of my neighbors is a professional photographer. He was doing some work for a local potter and used some of my dahlias to come up with this.

Very artistic picture done with an old black and white movie technique of using shadows to accentuate the design. I can see that Margaret and I are stuck in the past insofar as colors of dahlias. as this bouquet has those modern, in vogue, subdued colors.

This seedling is from the Meggos seedling that makes so many seeds. I am sending a pot tuber of it to Steve Meggos as he fell in love with it's pictures. I am sure he will like the the real thing. Flower picked yesterday. Almost frosted last night and may tonight; or not.

I should amend the above post and actually this seedling is out of a previous Meggos seedling that is an A sized purple flower. Ginger Clack may be selling it. I have yet to get a good trial for the Meggos seed maker.

Picture of a small 2019 seedling. 3.5 to 4 inch flower looks lots bigger when you do a close up. Show people would say that the color is streaky and that the florets should close a bit more. I like it because it has good depth and good symmetry and those are hard to find in a miniature flower. It was dug and divided and made some tubers.
I like that pink over the gold. It would be inspiring to make bouquets with.

Another picture not labeled: Picture taken Sept 4 and looks good and I am sure we are keeping this one. Margaret is holding the flower, so she must like it too. I have a good guess but it is really a good idea to label the pictures right away.
Ha, I guessed right, or at least as well as you did!

One should always take several pictures with different settings and I did not with this one. Over exposed is the result. Probably releasing this miniature flower this year. Super nice for cut flowers as it is so prolific and vigorous
